FEELING is a contemporary 26-story residential tower conceived to redefine urban coliving in one of Medellín's most sought-after neighborhoods. Located in Las Lomas No. 1, El Poblado, the project combines expressive architecture, integrated landscape design and hospitality-driven living to create a new residential experience for a highly connected generation.
Its sculptural façade is defined by flowing balconies, generous terraces and carefully integrated vegetation that soften the vertical composition while establishing a distinctive presence within the city's skyline. The dynamic rhythm of its architecture transforms the tower into a recognizable landmark from every perspective.
Designed around flexibility and community, FEELING brings together compact contemporary residences with an extensive collection of shared amenities including wellness areas, coworking spaces, rooftop social environments, outdoor recreation and hospitality-inspired services. Every space has been carefully planned to encourage interaction while maintaining privacy, comfort and a strong connection to the surrounding city.
MAURYARTE was responsible for the complete architectural visualization of the project, translating the architectural vision into a series of high-end photorealistic images that communicate atmosphere, materiality and the architectural identity of the development with precision and realism.
This project was architecturally conceived and executed by M+ Group. Christian Maury participated as an architectural visualization collaborator, contributing the project's visual narrative from its conceptual stage through its commercial communication.
