Casa NZ is a contemporary minimalist residence conceived as a private sanctuary on a coastal hillside in New Zealand. Its single-level architecture embraces the natural setting through an honest language of dark timber, natural stone, and exposed concrete.
The open-plan living area is anchored by a monumental stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling glazing framing the ocean horizon. An integrated outdoor terrace extends the living spaces, fostering an atmosphere of calm, natural light, and quiet luxury.
