The Feeling project redefines coliving as an innovative architectural and social experience.

CONCEPT & CONTEXT

Designed by M+GROUP, Feeling redefines coliving with a cutting-edge architectural approach in El Poblado, Medellín. This 26-story tower, featuring sleek forms and curved floor slabs, balances structural monumentality with spatial fluidity. Mauryarte was responsible for translating this vision into hyper-realistic renders, capturing the interplay of light, materials, and geometry to convey its urban and social impact.

FACADE: URBAN SCULPTURAL ART

The Feeling facade is conceived as a vertical luminous sculpture, where reflective glass, metallic frames, and polished concrete create a dynamic composition. Mauryarte's renders highlight how light shapes its forms throughout the day, transforming the building's perception. At the entrance, vegetation and dark metal contrast with the transparency of the glass, marking the transition from urban to private space.

RENDERING PRECISION

Mauryarte's work not only visualized M+GROUP's design but enhanced its impact with extreme hyperrealism. The grayscale render reveals the complexity of the 3D modeling, emphasizing geometric purity and the play of light and shadow. Another render showcases the panoramic view of the tower, highlighting its verticality and sculpted balconies, reinforcing its iconic character.

Beyond commercial tools, these renders evoke emotions and experiences. The contrast between the glass's brilliance, the textured concrete, and sky reflections builds an immersive atmosphere.
