RESIDENTIAL SANCTUARY

Arbórea is an exclusive residential masterplan designed in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings. Located just 30 minutes from Guayaquil and the ocean, this project embraces the concept of a serene retreat, where architecture and nature coexist in seamless balance.

Conceived under the vision of Mauryarte, the development includes branding, logo design, website creation, as well as architectural design and master planning. Inspired by the organic flow of nature, Arbórea unfolds like a leaf in a virgin forest, with a layout that respects the topography and enhances the beauty of the landscape.

HOLISTIC DESIGN

From the outset, Arbórea was envisioned with a clear philosophy: merging built spaces with nature without disrupting the harmony of the landscape. The lot distribution maximizes privacy while maintaining a sense of community, and ecological trails, water features, and open spaces strengthen the connection with the environment.

Every element, from architecture to urban planning, has been designed to create a complete sensory experience, where light, materials, and vegetation intertwine to shape a truly unique setting.

CONTEMPORARY ARCHITECTURE

Arbórea's architectural language embraces the elegance of simplicity, featuring three housing prototypes that blend wood, stone, steel, and glass, achieving warm yet sophisticated spaces. Structures are seamlessly integrated into the landscape, allowing unobstructed views and a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The entrance and access points have been designed with natural materials, evoking the feeling of arriving at a sanctuary within the forest. This approach ensures a timeless development, where each residence becomes an extension of nature itself.

HYPERREALISTIC VISUALIZATION

To capture the essence of Arbórea, hyperrealistic renders and virtual walkthroughs have been developed, conveying the site's tranquil atmosphere with absolute fidelity. The visualizations highlight the organic distribution of the masterplan, the trails surrounded by native vegetation, and the serene contemplation areas with reflective water features.

Additionally, specialized lighting studies ensure that the project maintains a cozy and immersive atmosphere at night, with a soft and enveloping glow. Each image and virtual tour allow potential buyers to experience life in Arbórea before its construction begins.

CONSTRUCTION AND REALIZATION

Currently in its early construction phase, Arbórea is progressing with land preparation and the implementation of initial infrastructure. The model home, the first to be built, will serve as a reference for future homeowners, showcasing materiality, design, and seamless integration with nature.
